THE RESOURCE LISTING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

All listing requests are subject to the stipulations indicated on the Resource Listing Application and as clearly defined here in this agreement:

1. Only web sites that properly fit within our home and garden and room design related categories will be accepted. Other types of web sites need not apply since the request will be rejected. Our categories are: candles and aromatherapy, cards and e-cards, computers and electronics, crafts, facebook and youtube, flowers and candy, games and gaming, gifts, graphics and photos, hobbies, holidays and events, humor and jokes, movies and tv, music, other interests, travel and vacations.
    
2. The following types of web sites will not be accepted:
    
   • Sites with inappropriate material that promote lower levels of thinking.
   • Sites that are just affiliate links and serve no other purpose
   • Sites that are under construction and have no content at all
   • Sites that are just doorway pages to other websites
   • Sites that hide their link(s) and/or link page(s) or who's link pages are totally useless to visitors
     • If our reciprocal link is on a page with more than 100 other links, and/or if our reciprocal link is mixed with other links of totally different content, and/or if the page is just a splattering of links that nobody is ever going to attempt to read in the first place, we will not exchange links.
3. Reciprocal Link Requirements - A reciprocal link is required on the same domain for which you wish us to exchange links. In addition, a path from your home page to your links page is required in those instances. The agreement to place your listing will be terminated without notice if the link exchange is broken from your end.
4. A valid e-mail address must be provided. E-mail addresses that originate from your domain are preferred. Please use the e-mail address associated with your website submission or business.
5. Only one link request per domain is allowed.

You will be notified of your Approval or Disapproval within 7 to 14 business days of the date you submit your application. We reserve the right to refuse any Resource Application for any reason.
